Fall 2026 Hunt

We are all booked up for the Fall 2026 pig hunt. All applicants who didn’t draw will be added to a cancellation list and notified if a spot becomes available. We also encourage you to contact us periodically at (208) 420-3227 or (208) 293-2563 to inquire about any potential openings. We are very sorry to all of those who didn’t get booked. Please check back with us February 1st – 19th to apply for the spring 2027 hunt drawing, which will be held on Saturday, February 20th. We will update our website with that information as soon as possible.

At the European Wild Boar Hunt, we are implementing a new system for the Fall 2026 boar hunt.

• The fall hunting season will run from October 1st through December 13h this year.

• We are NOT doing a call-in date as we have in previous years. Instead, we are implementing a draw hunt where hunters will have a two-week window between September 1st – 18th, 2026, to call us at (208) 420-3227 or (208) 293-2563 and provide us with their names, contact information, and the number of hunters in their group.

• Saturday, Sept 19th, 2026, we will begin drawing names at 12 p.m (MST) one at a time from a tumbler and will call the winners via telephone until we reach our harvest quota. If nobody answers the phone number provided, we will keep drawing.

• On the date of the draw (Saturday, Sept 19th), please be ready with the day you want and the number of people in your group in case your name is drawn. Please also have a secondary date picked out if the date you want is already filled with other hunters. If you are selected, please notify everyone in your group so there is no confusion about bookings.

• Price: The fee for an unguided pig hunt is $500.00 per pig.  A pig can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for a nonrefundable deposit of $50.00. The balance of $450.00 will be paid when you come to hunt your pig. We are required to collect 6% sales tax.

• Please bring your own equipment, ropes for hanging and skinning, a camera for pictures, 4-wheelers, etc. This is a spot and stalk hunt. No aerial devices are allowed.
